My commercial 45, which is mono, and confirmed as Parrot 40038, has both a listed & actual time of (3:15), and ends cold. I only post this info because all "original recording" database CD appearances for this song, which all happen to be in stereo, have slightly shorter run times, at either (3:10) or (3:11).

Hi Jim,
man, great work on all this analysis. 1969 and backward, since you'll find more and more mono 45s, will surely lead to many differences, especially when compared to the 70s and beyond. I'm having trouble keeping up just keeping track of all you're doing, never mind the actual effort you put in! hehe.
anyway, on this one, since the song ends cold, does the 45 run slower?

my commercial 45 for the tom jones song 'love me tonight'
issued as parrot 40038 lists the run time on the label as
3:15 and does indeed run that length...all the db entries
(3:11)
run too fast....if you slow down the cd versions to run
3:15, you effectively re-create the vinyl 45.....and dc,
the song ends cold, so it's clearly a pitch issue.....this
45 run time info s/b added to the db.....
