Does anyone know if the hit version of Guy Drake's "Welfare Cadilac" (sic) exists on CD? Was it ever in stereo on an LP?

I know it didn't reach the top-40, but it was a top-10 Country hit and it's very funny in its politics.

Andy, I don't have the original 1970 LP (Royal American 101), but it is currently for sale on Gemm, for $20., and it does state that the album is in stereo. It also appears to be on at least two V/A CD comps, the 2005 BCI/Eclipse, 2-CD "Kooky Kountry", for around 10 bucks, on oldies.com. There is also a "Wacky Westerns" V/A CD on eBay, offered by Canadian dealer "mrsmyt", sealed, for 4 bucks. I cannot confirm that either of these CDs have the original recording of the song, but both are pretty inexpensive, so you may wanna take a chance, my friend - good luck.
