The acutial commercial 45 running time is (3:40), the listed time is "3:14" on the record label. (Nemperor ZS4 04373)

Can anyone explain the difference(s) between the 45 and LP version, given that both run approximately the same length?

The 45 of "One In A Million" is a remix by John "Jellybean" Benitez (mix engineer: Michael Hutchinson).
