| The database describes the version on the Stax Profiles CD as "live". The hit version, which appears on the other three CDs listed, is also live. |

although the commercial 45 for the staple singers song "oh la de da" issued as stax 0156 doesn't state it's a live version but it is.....the db still hasn't been updated with paul c's earlier comments as well......paul haney.....has the record research books been updated to reflect this as a live recording.....the watson guptill book "top 40 hits" which i work from doesn't state it as a live version.... ------------- edtop40 |
