| Here you go, Ed:
-Bone Thugs-N-Harmony--"Tha Crossroads" (RPROCD-0459)
1-Tha Crossroads (D.J. U-Neek's Mo Thug Remix) (listed & actual 3:46)
2-Crossroad (LP Version-Radio Edit) (listed 3:31; actual 3:30)
Why the minor spelling variation between Cuts 1 & 2? I have no idea. And Ed,
thanks for including both the listed & actual times for us more often of late.
I have always done it, so believe me, I know first-hand how much extra
time/bother it takes to do. Because when just one stated, unclarified time is
posted, it often generates more questions that it attempts to answer.

The original title of the song on the album was just "Crossroad".

Yes, they are two very different versions of the song--more than just remixed instrumentation. Early pressings of the album contain "Crossroad," while later pressings contain "Tha Crossroads." I'm not sure if the original album version was ever re-inserted back onto the album or not, but my copy does not have it.

There's also:
Ruthless RPROCD-0466
1. AC Version/Remix 4:22 (actual 4:22)
2. Video Version 4:27 (actual 4:37)
The AC version pretty much cuts out all the verses. Not sure why it's so much longer.

Mainrhythm is your dj cd single the "Crossroad" version or the "Tha Crossroads" version?

A little off topic here, but does anyone know this song well enough to know the difference between the explicit version and the clean version? I listened and there are not curse words (but some references to murder) so exactly in the clean version what is bleeped out or changed?
Also I have d.j. u-neek's mo thug remix as the clean version that got radio play which I have at 3:49. I take it the explicit version is from the LP then and times in at 3:46?

There is no dirty version of the DJ U-Neek remix, but there is an explicit album version of the original "Crossroad." In the opening chorus, there are multiple "n" words, for instance.
Here are the details of the main promo CD single:
RPROCD-0459
1. D.J. U-Neek's Mo Thug Remix (listed & actual 3:46)
2. LP Version-Radio Edit (listed 3:31; actual 3:30)
Cut 2, the LP Version-Radio Edit, mutes all of the offensive words.
