my commercial 45 for the steely dan song "black friday" issued as abc 12101 lists the run time as 3:30 and does indeed run that length and is just an early fade of the 3:39 full length cd/lp version....if you fade out for 0:13 from 3:17 to 3:30 you'll effectively re-create the true 45 version...this info s/b added to the db.....
