my commercial 45 for the delfonics song 'ready or not here
i come (can't hide from love)' issued as philly groove 154
lists the run time on the label as 2:55 but actually runs
2:04 and NOT 1:59 as the db claims.....can anyone else
confirm my findings.....the definitive collection cd issued
as arista 8979 runs 1:58 and dumps the song 0:06 early...

Ed, nice job. I apparently forgot to post my findings on this 1969 45 years
ago. My commercial 45 has a listed time of (2:55), an actual time of (2:03),
with deadwax info of "PhillyGroove154A 8958".

Some copies they got the time (almost) right...my
commercial copy (same deadwax info as Jim's) has a listed
time of 2:00 (actual 2:03).

My copy runs (2:03) and states (2:00).
