I just did a careful listening comparison with the mono 45 of "Out In The Country" and compared it to the stereo version. I believe a notation will need to be made in the database that all CDs contain the "LP version." On the mono 45, there is no tambourine during the first and second choruses, but there is on the stereo version. The tambourine fades in at around 1:40 on the mono 45 version, and it is left up in the mix for the remainder of the 45.

I noticed the same thing a while back, I couldn't be sure though if the tambourine was just very low during the first two verses and the highs rolled off to such a degree that they couldn't be heard. But the stereo version is a different listening experience with the tambourine very noticeable, so I think it's different enough to make the notation.
