i have a cdr copy of the 'radio remix' from the promo cd
single and it runs 4:23...the db states the cd's that run
4:18 have the radio remix....does anyone have the promo or
commercial cd single that they could list the details...

AFAIK a US commercial CD single was not issued. The song was issued on a 7-inch single (Epic 34-79740), which is the "Radio Remix" with a stated time of (4:23) that I timed at (4:19).

I have a factory-pressed promo that has the following tracks:
ESK 56741
1. Ric Wake Radio Remix (listed & actual 4:23)
2. Humberto Gatica Album Mix Edit (listed & actual 4:18)
3. Christian B Mix (listed 3:55; actual 3:54)
I also have two officially released CD-R promos on Epic, but neither one has
a catalog number nor listed times. The first one has:
1. Mike Rizzo Remix - Radio Version (actual 4:27)
2. Richie Jones / Chris The Greek Remix - Radio Edit (actual 4:33)
The other one has a sticker on the back that says "Mike Rizzo Remix" and
lists 5 tracks:
1. Radio (actual 4:27)
2. Radio (Vocals Up) (actual 4:27)
3. Global Club Mix (actual 8:00)
4. Global Mix (Vocals Up) (actual 8:00)
5. Global Dub (actual 6:30)
