I own a UK 12" single for this song (A&M AMY 285). In addition to the LP
versions of "It's Only Love" and "The Best Is Yet To Come", a listed (3:42)
(Live Version) of "It's Only Love" is also included. FYI, this live version
currently does not appear on any db CDs.

Although I don't know if it matches up with Jim's UK 12" single, there is a live version of "It's Only Love" on two different CDs that I own, both of which are Tina Turner CDs:

"Play This In Store" (US promo compilation, printed time of 3:31)
"Private Dance Mixes" (Australia import compilation, reported by discogs as 3:33 - no times listed on disc)

Here's something interesting about the live version of "It's Only Love." There are two different US promo 12" singles currently listed on eBay. They both have the same catalog number, but they have different B-sides. (The A-side on both singles is the 3:15 studio version.)

One says "Live Version" (3:59), while the other says "Live Version" and "Remixed by Bob Clearmountain" (4:08). If the printed times are accurate, then the promo 12" singles run several seconds longer than the two CD copies I have, not to mention one is remixed.

I don't know if Pat would typically include promo 12" details in the database, but it might be worth including for this song. I know the video on MTV was the live version, so even though it wasn't released commercially, it did get quite a bit of airplay. Does anyone recall hearing the live version on the radio when it was a hit?
