"Hands Tied" and "Beat Of A Heart" were the two follow-up singles to the top 10 "The Warrior", and amazingly, both peaked at #41 in 1984 and 1985, respectively.

The LP version of "Beat Of A Heart" runs 4:44 and sounds great on the original '80s-era pressing of the full-length Warrior CD.

Here are editing instructions to recreate the 45 edit from the LP version on Warrior:

Segment 1
Extends from 0:00 to 2:45.9 of the LP version and 45 edit
Ends on a downbeat

Remove the 32 beats from 2:45.9 to 3:00.8 of the LP version.

I just recreated this edit a few days ago... too bad I didn't have your instructions to work with!

Great single. Too bad it stalled at a frustrating #41 peak.

Beat Of A Heart is a great song. It should have made it
