The Wikipedia information appears to be correct.
To the best of my knowledge, the "original version" (the one on which Lil Wayne appears) was never commercially released, but I'm 90% sure it appeared on an "Urban Radio Promo Only" CD.
The song debuted on the Hot 100 at #38 on the chart dated July 19, 2008. This chart would have been issued online on July 7, 2008. According to my iTunes file, I purchased the digital single on July 7, 2008 at 10:40am. (When it comes to collecting Top 40 hits, I don't like to waste any time!!) The digital single is credited to "DJ Khaled featuring Akon, Rick Ross, Young Jeezy, Lil' Boosie, Trick Daddy, Ace Hood & Plies". This is also how the song was credited on the Hot 100 and was the only version that had been commercially released during the song's two-week Top 40 run. It thus far has only been issued digitally.
The song had already been on the R&B chart since late May, but I don't know how the song was credited at the time. Joel Whitburn's Hot R&B Songs 1942-2010 gives the same artists' credit as the digital single.
The We Global album was not released until mid-September and contained yet another version, featuring neither Lil Wayne nor Young Jeezy.
