I doubt if it is on CD or even in lossless, but several radio stations in New York have taken the dull spoken intro of the song, cut it in half, added a beat in the background and then play the rest of the song as is.
There is about 5 seconds of new instrumental and then starts with the usual "This is for the best" accompanied with the new background beat and when it goes "You must like me for me..." the long pause goes right into the song at "Dive bar on the east side" and then finishes like the album version. Radio didn't even cut the intro this time, it completely made it work with the rest of the song.
I managed to record the beginning in hopes of comparing it and finding it, but I was wondering if this was a homemade radio thing so that spoken words would not drag on or an actual released radio edit.

They issued a couple dance remixes on PrimeCuts from TM
Studios. One is Delicate [Sawyr & Ryan Tedder Mix] (which
sounds like what you described.) The other remix is
Delicate [Seeb Summertime Remix] which starts off right
away with "Dive bar on the east side."
My guess is what you're hearing is the Sawyr and Ryan
Tedder Mix.

Both remixes are available on iTunes, but not lossless.
