Does anyone out there have an actual dub of the 45 of "Fool For The City"?
The 'Best Of' edit is not the 45; the last time I heard the real single version was when it just missed the top-40.
My brain seems to recall that there was a tricky edit that might need the multitracks (or at least a crossfade) to perform - but I only heard it on AM radio so I could be mistaken.

Andy,I have the 45 edit at 3:11 from the single. It is
only 192-224 K but was best I could get! PM me and I

Nice discovery, Andy! I definitely would be interested in
attempting to recreate the true 45 edit. I've had the
'Best Of' version in my master library for years.
