Ever since this pandemic hit, I've been attending a lot of Zoom meetings. I really enjoy them. Anyway, I just wanted to see if there would be any interest in doing a Downey Board online meeting? I thought it would be cool to get together and talk shop and get to know each other a little bit better.
I would be willing to host on Zoom. Obviously, we would have to arrange a day/time to meet. Weekends work best for me, but I possibly could do a night during the week. I would probably record it and put it on my YouTube channel, in case anybody can't make it and would like to see it. Anyway, it's just an idea. Let me know if you'd be interested. Thanks! Paul |

From the feedback so far, it looks like a weekend time would probably work the best.

No camera is no problem. As long as you have some sort of audio. If you have neither, I suppose you could still come and just listen.
If you do decide to come, please PM me your e-mail address where I can send you the link/meeting I.D. and a reminder. Obviously, we won't want to share the meeting link/I.D. here on the board. It'll be only for those who want to participate. If there are too many conflicts with the November 21st date, we can always schedule it for some other time. I've talked to some of you on the phone over the years, but I've only actually met Ron G. in person, so will be fun to actually see and/or hear any of you that want to participate. |
