A top 40 1983 hit does anyone know if the 45 is an early fade and if so the editing points?

I don't recall seeing anything but the album version on CD. It appears the label time (4:07) is correct

Unfortunately, the person that posted that 45 cut it off at
the end so it's tough to tell where the song
actually fades out on the 45.
