promojunkie pointed out that there might be different lengths for "The Finest" by S.O.S. Band, and sure enough, I have two different promo 45s.

ZS4 05848-3
Printed time 4:35 on both sides; actual time 4:41
Deadwax matrix: AP P ZS4-05848-3AA [FLOWER]

ZS4 05848-5
Printed & actual time 4:21 on both sides
Deadwax matrix: P T ZS4-05848-5AA [FLOWER]

I also have a stock 45 with the same label matrix and printed time as the first promo (ZS4 05858-3, 4:35).
