I purchased the new Ace UK Ray Stevens CD, Face The Music - The Complete Monument Singles 1965-1970, hoping it would contain the single mixes but, unfortunately, in most cases, including all three of his Monument Top 40 hits, it does not. "Mr. Businessman" is stereo, "Along Came Jones" is the LP version, and "Gitarzan" is a much later re-recording.

There are two stereo mixes of Mr.
Businessman. Is it at least the vocal from the 45 version? |

Update:
It was announced on the BSN site that Ace UK has apologized for the errors on this set and they pulled the CD from sale. It will re-mastered and corrected to contain the original single versions. Just FYI. MM |
