A lower rung hit in 2004 which got some airplay anyone know if the rap version or the no rap version was the hit. Or was it the remix at 4:02?

The annual from Whitburn sways its the rap version. I just remember hearing the no rap version but cant be sure. It was 20 years ago lol.

Any help much appreciated.

For what it's worth, my promo CD single has the "Radio Version" (with rap) as cut 1 and the "Radio Version w/o Rap" as cut 2. I really don't recall hearing this song more than a handful of times, even though it peaked at #11 on the CHR airplay chart.

While I was no longer involved in the programming side of things, I'm pretty sure our station played the no-rap version of this, wasn't even aware
there was a rap version. ISTR us playing it quite a lot.

The "rap" in this song is more like a Flo-Rida/Nelly type rap where it's really sung and not truly rapped. It occurs from 2:39 to 2:59.
