   A friend of mine has asked me about this cover. I didn't recall it at all, but was hoping someone here might have some insight as to who this might be.

He posted it on youtube from his collection of songs he has no track data for.

To me, it kind of does sound like Tiffany, but there were so many Tiffany sound-alikes.
