The DB lists the versions of this song as LP length with 1
extra line added to the introduction, but shouldn't it truly be LP version or edit. Using the version on the cd Land Of 1000 Dances Varese Sarabande 302066675 as a reference, there are 3.5 to 4 secs between that line and his next vocals to start the song, while using Groove 'n' Grind Rhino 70992 as a comparison 45 length there are 7 secs. of instrumentaion to start the song. P.S. Sorry about the crammed together paragraph. |

I have the original Cannibal & The Headhunters vinyl LP "Land Of 1,000 Dances" Rampart 3302 and the very first track on side 1 is Land Of 1,000 Dances and it does not include the first vocal line of "c'mon everybody just clap with me" that Varese included on their cd titled "Land Of 1,000 Dances". The Collectables cd titled "Land Of 1,000 Dances" has the correct version. The Varese version is not the LP version or an edit of the LP version as it contains that overdubbed vocal line identified above.
