Database comment "the actual 45 running time is 2:48" for this track with all timings in the 3:08 range begs the question, is 3:08 the original LP timing or a recent longer version? If the former, is the 45 an edit or an early fade?

The actual LP running time is (3:09) and the 45 is just an early fade of the LP.

my commercial 45 for the al green song 'livin' for you'
issued as hi 2257 lists the run time on the label as 3:09 and does indeed run that length and is identical to the 3:09 version from the right stuff 'greatest hits' cd...this differs from what jim report on his vinyl 45.....my run out groove etching has 'HI 2791 X'...looks as if there are two pressings of this vinyl 45.....this info s/b added to the db... |
