   I'll just add that there appears to be a handful of Top 40 stations that were playing "Relax" in early 1984.  KKBQ in 

Houston charted it starting in March 1984 and it eventually went Top 20.  Of course, the vast majority of CHR stations 

waited until early 1985, but there were some that were ahead of the curve.
