I have both a commercial and promo CD single.

Warner Bros. 9 21549-2
1. Radio Special (4:15; 4:13 actual)
2. non-described version (7:28; 7:24 actual)
3. "Tellin' Time (Mike's Rap)" (4:27)

Warner Bros. PRO-CD-4419
1. Gangster Mix Edit (4:30; 4:37 actual)
2. Arsenio Edit (4:33; 4:37 actual)
3. Instrumental (4:33; 4:22 actual)
4. Alternate Mix (4:34; 4:28 actual) (This is also an instrumental, but it contains the sung chorus.)
5. Album Version (7:25; 7:24 actual)

The "Radio Special" version is not on my promo CD, and I know the song well enough to say that it's not disguised under a different name. The mixes on the promo (other than the Album Version) are all unique to this disc. Perhaps there is another promo CD that contains the "Radio Special."

As I recall, the "Radio Special" is just an edit of the Album Version. The video uses the "Arsenio Edit," which is a different edit of the Album Version.
