My promo single of this (Eternal/Warner PRO-CD-8530-R) has 5 cuts: (all times as listed)

1: Motiv8 Radio Edit (3:24)
2: Motiv8 Extended Vocal Mix (6:43)
3: The Next Room's Rip 'Em Up Mix (6:08)
4: Motiv8 Vintage Honey Mix (6:46)
5: The Next Room's Pukka Dub Mix (6:08)

What we played on the air was none of the above. We played a 3:00 version with a cold ending that we'd received a month or so earlier on some promo sampler CD.
As music director, I thought the cold ending worked better with the song, so I never bothered to re-dub the single version when we received it.
Other than the ending, I didn't notice a big difference in mix between what we played and cut 1. The cut on the sampler CD was a non-described version. I'm curious if that could be the Eurovision song contest version on your commercial copy.

I notice in the database on the various artists CD Fired Up! (Razor & Tie 81110) that Gina G's "Ooh Ahh...Just a Little Bit" is shown with the comment "Motive Radio Edit" and has a run time of 3:18. Wouldn't this be the same as the single version, but :06 shorter?

By the way, is there a difference between the single and album version of this song? (I only have the latter.) Also, did anyone determine if the "Eurovision Song Contest Version" contains a cold ending?

i just listened to my commercial cd single and the
'eurovision song contest version' ends cold but actually
only runs 3:00 NOT 3:02 as listed on the cd itself...

Thanks to Ed who provided me with a dub of his Gina G "Ooh Ahh...Just a Little Bit" commercial CD single, I compared it to the song as it appears on the parent CD album Fresh! (Eternal/Warner Brothers 46517). Other than some slight EQ differences, they otherwise appear to be the same mix and version. That said, it would probably be more accurate if the comment next to the Fired up! CD was restated to say something like: "fades out sooner than the 45 and LP length".
