Jim informed me that his promo CD single of Whitesnake's "Fool For Your Loving" has the CHR Mix running 4:10. Ed is currently checking to see if this mix is the same as the 4:10 version on the cassingle and available CDs.

i just compared the chr mix that aaron sent me to the commercial cassigle, and they are the same, as far as i can tell.....the cassingle version is also identical to the version that is on their greatest hits cd running 4:09

Just thought I'd bump up this thread since Ed's cassette single run time info for Whitesnake's "Fool for Your Loving" hasn't been incorporated into the database. Abagon confirms the actual run time is 4:09. (The printed time on the cardboard sleeve is indeed 4:10.)

There are three different promo CDs for "Fool For Your Loving," and I have all
of them. I'm leaving for the day, but I'll try to detail them when I return home. I don't, however, have the parent LP to check for mix differences. Edited by aaronk |

PRO-CD-3828 1. Fool For Your Loving (CHR Mix) (actual 4:10) 2. Judgment Day (For Rockers Only) PRO-CD-3817 1. Fool For Your Loving (AOR Mix) (actual 4:18) 2. Fool For Your Loving (Vai Voltage Mix) (actual 4:18) 3. Fool For Your Loving (CHR Mix) (actual 4:10) 4. Judgment Day (For Rockers Only) Again, I don't have Slip Of The Tongue to compare any of these mixes. |
