I don't know if this is the right place for this, but once again, I have hit the wrong key and crashed my browser, thus earning a @@!&!! "simultaneous log in" warning. Unfortunately I am right in the middle of a project that I have to find time for when I can and now I am screwed for however long it takes to get my account back online. And repeated log-in attempts result in a nasty warning that if I continue to try to log on, I could get suspended. Maybe there's some way to reset that I don't know about. If not, then Pat, you need to find a way to shorten the "lockout time" so your customers can get back to work. I have all kinds of apps that sign me out after 5 or 10 minutes or so of inactivity, so I'm pretty sure this can be done quite easily. The way it works now is not very customer-friendly and I'm not one bit happy about having to quit right in the middle of my project.

Can you see a User ID anywhere in the messages you're
getting? In the address bar, maybe? If so, I think you
can enter this:

http://www.top40musiconcd.com/logOut.asp?userID=XXXX

and replace the X's at the end with your user ID, and it
should log you out and enable you to log in again.

Pat's email is on the site if you want to contact him directly. We understand you are upset but a private message to Pat or Aaron would be more appropriate. You might be having a browser issue unrelated to Pat's site.
Favorite two expressions to live by on this board: "You can't download vinyl" and "Not everything is available on CD."

Thanks for sharing that. I’ve had my share of these moments, so glad
to know there’s a solution.

Yes, thanks Brian. The reason I posted it on the forum was to see if anyone else was having that problem (Thanks for confirming that, Eric)and if someone had found a workaround for it (Thank you for that). I'm not anxious to try it, but I will the next time this happens.

Log out of the database and bookmark the logout page...
then you'll always have it handy.
