I just recently downloaded Mp3tag and I don't know how to convert the files, nor could find anything that could easily explain how to do it. I would very much appreciate it!

I recall downloading an .exe file, which you just click on and follow the prompts. It just installs automatically.
Once you're up and running, I use the following configuration for tracks in the Hot 100 directories: %Artist% - %Title% {%Album%} I use the following configuration for tracks ripped from CDs (my raw material): %Track% %Artist% - %Title% {%Album%} I use the following configuration only for tracks that I use to figure out mastering histories: %Year% {%Album%} %Artist% - %Title% It's trivially easy to rename/retag a group of files as needed. |
