So, the true promo edit fade can't be recreated from the LP
version but you can get close, fading completely at 3:32- 3:33 whereas the true promo edit fades at 3:35. |

I heard your re-created version, John. It sounds like the ending was digitally created, so I wonder if it truly matches the vinyl or not.

Bootlegs are generally always fan-made. If the version on it was not taken from vinyl, then it's likely digitally created. (Bootleggers don't have access to master tapes.) If digitally created, the question is if the person who did it replicated it to match the vinyl or not. |

It should be noted that the song is re-charting due to exposure in the TV series Stranger Things and that
it's the full album version that is being streamed and downloaded (which accounts for nearly all the song's current chart points). |

The striking thing is that in 2017 they released a giant
